Lease terms

This is a yearly rental property. This is a no smoking, no pet property. Monthly landscaping, trash and water are paid by the landlord. There is no sub leasing allowed. No parking on the grass. Tenant is responsible for maintaining weeding of outdoor beds along the side of house. Tenant is responsible for replacing the Air Filter every month (failure to do so can result in termination of lease) All trash is to be stored in the trash container outside. No non-working vehicles are to be parked on the property. No indoor couches/furniture, gym equipment, work equipment, brokendown furniture, pet supplies, ashtrays, appliances, lawn equipment are to be kept on the porches or visibly outside the home. No smoking in or outside this property.
