The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and basic cookware. For your convenience, an in-unit washer/dryer combo, fast WiFi, a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided.

This studio complex was built in the 1950s and is a modest 2-story building. While measures have been taken to improve the condo, it is not a fancy complex. The unit is located in an urban area, and there is potential for noise from neighboring tenants above and beside you. A sound machine is provided for the unit. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 7 am. During pool season, pool availability is managed by the community and access is not guaranteed. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur extra fees. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property. Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited. Mail or package delivery is not allowed. No glitter, confetti, glue, or paint. Any added decor must be approved in advance and removed before checkout. Guests must complete an identity verification and background screening through a third-party service before check-in. A minimum fee of $350 may be charged if any house rules are broken, including unauthorized parties, smoking, unapproved pets, tampering with devices, or exceeding occupancy limits. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund. This unit includes a Minut smart home device to monitor noise levels, smoking, and occupancy for safety and neighborhood compliance.
