House is on a dead end road so there is not much traffic and neighborhood is usually pretty quiet. Single occupancy per rm, occasional overnight guests are welcome. We are looking for a professional or student roommate that is respectful of others and laid back. House is owner occupied so your responsibility for bills is that of your own only and consumable items, (IE Toiletries, TP, Laundry soap, food, etc. ) There are 2 refrigerators so plenty of room. Come and give us a look! Rent is month to month with no long term lease to sign...just 30days move out notice for return of deposit.
