Lease: One-year Due before move-in: first month rent + last month rent + security deposit Lease Terms * Utilities: Not included; tenant responsibility * Smoking: Strictly non-smoking * Pets: One small, trained pet permitted Cleaning fee assessed at the end of the lease Application & Screening Disclosure The landlord accepts comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports made available by a consumer reporting agency. The final selected applicant will be required to undergo a screening via TransUnion. If the applicant provided a valid reusable report, this TransUnion screening will be conducted at the landlord's expense. If no reusable report was provided, the applicant will pay the $48 TransUnion fee directly. Information accessed during the tenant screening process: Employment and Income Verification, Prior Rental History, Credit History, Credit Score, Public Eviction Records, Criminal Background History.
