3. Fill out application and attach copies of recent pay stubs, W2s and/or appropriate pages of last year's income tax. (Black out any proprietary information.)
4. We do a background and credit check. Successful applicant will usually have monthly income of at least THREE TIMES the monthly rent, or at least $5500.00 per month.
A Credit Score Over 600 is required.

5. Call Miller Properties to review your application before taking the paperwork.
Application fee is $65 per person on lease or $120 for married couple.
We will meet you at mutually convenient location and do a quick review BEFORE we take your money. (We are a small, family-owned concern and do not have an office.)
6. Within a few business days, we will give you approval or denial.
7. When approved, you have 24 hours to execute lease or provide 100% non-refundable 1 months rent as a binder to hold the property . When you provide binder or execute the lease, we will remove signage and take down the online listing.
Note: Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance.
Pet: not all dog breeds are accepted under our insurance, and we only accommodate min one dog and maximum weight of 35 Lbs.
