Your room is furnished, has a small closet, and the house has washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, hot tub. Looking for someone who is easy to communicate, tidy, and easy going like we are. We have a young professional in another room that you'll share a bathroom with. We live upstairs in the house, we travel a lot so we will need to ask to feed the cat and clean the litter so it may not be for not animal lover. We 12 mins walk to E line. Roosevelt Light Rail Station is the closest. Street parking is easily available. 1 block to Greenlake where restaurants and cafes are in walking distance.
