Large bedroom with walk-in closet and private sink vanity ($750 rent/$750 deposit). Very large bedroom with walk-in closet ($750 rent/$750 deposit). Master suite with double closets and private en-suite bath ($900 rent/$900 deposit). Huge 1-bedroom lower level suite with large private living area, separate kitchen, private bath and walk in closet ($1,200 rent/$1,200 deposit) $4,350 for the hole house or $3,150 for 4 bedrooms the upper level (excluding lower apartment).
