        Lease description LEASE TERMS APPLICANTS MUST: - Have current employment that can be verified - Verifiable gross monthly income must be 3 times the rent (ex. $505/mo x 3 = $1,515/mo in verifiable gross pay). Payment is due on the 1st. Grace period ends on the 3rd.
