All residents can combine their pay to achieve this threshold. - $50 application fee PER ADULT (18+) - Application must be filled out for each adult living on the premises APPLICANTS MUST NOT HAVE: - Been evicted from a property in the past 3 years - A felony convictions within the last 7 years involving bodily harm - A felony convictions within the last 7 years involving property destruction or damage - A felony convictions at any time for a sexual offense PLEASE NOTE: - Washing machine and dryer are not provided - All utilities are paid by the tenant - We have a zero tolerance policy for late payments. Payment is due on the 1st. Grace period ends on the 3rd.
