No pets. One tenant per room only. Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Off-street parking available. Tenants must follow all condominium rules and regulations. Rent is $750/month plus 50% of the HOA fee ($500 total, split between tenants). Utilities (electricity and internet) are shared among tenants. One-month security deposit required. One-year lease agreement. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fee may apply after 5 days. Quiet hours must be respected. No parties or excessive noise allowed. Tenants are expected to keep all common areas clean after use and maintain a respectful and organized living space. Overnight guests are limited and must not interfere with the comfort of other tenants. No subleasing allowed. All applicants are subject to background and credit check. Any maintenance issues must be reported promptly. Room will be delivered clean and must be returned in the same condition at the end of the lease.
