Lease terms

I understand that Zillow charges perspective tenants a $35 application fee. This fee will be refunded to you by me if we choose to move forward with a signed 12 month lease. Our Application Process We understand that everyone's financial story is different. Our goal is to find residents who will take pride in the home and pay rent consistently not to find people with perfect credit. Our screening includes: Income verification (generally 3x monthly rent) Stable employment preferred Credit history is reviewed, but credit score alone is not a reason for denial No prior evictions No outstanding balances owed to previous landlords or utility companies Criminal background screening Rental history and landlord references Additional financial documentation may be requested if needed to verify an applicant's ability to meet lease obligations We review every application individually and apply the same standards to all applicants.
