AT A GLANCE; - 800 N Pearl Street, Denver, CO (Cap Hill) - 12 month lease (or more) - July 1 start but can be flexible if you wanted to do a different day in July or even August - $2195 per month - 1 bed/1 bath + den + enclosed balcony - in unit washer dryer - assigned garage parking - Utilities: only utilities you pay are electric - see more on inclusions below - rent includes parking which is $125 but I will include - Pets: service animals/emotional support animals allowed DETAILS; Apartment : large 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Master has a walk in closet , huge master you can fit in a king and any dressers chairs etc. It has an extra den room that doesn't have external windows but could be like an office or a nursery for a baby or something like that. I used it as storage bc the in unit washer dryer are in that room (which is super rare for cap hill to have that and indoor assigned parking). Some people consider it a two bedroom unit but I wouldn't because it's not a true bedroom. The balcony is also completely enclosed and can also be used as an office/den. We used it as an office with a desk and had a couch in there. Kitchen /Bathroom : I just gutted the bathroom last year and did a new tub, tiles, toilet etc. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances (I'm getting it a new dishwasher before someone else moves in). Has AC and heat . Also has a fireplace that I am scared to use so I would say don't use it because I've never tried, but it looks cool. Utilities : the only bills you have to pay are electric based on your consumption. Everything else is covered by me which I'll basically just take from the overall rent, and all building things included too like trash and snow removal etc Building : It's a large condo building like 13 floors with an indoor pool and hot tub, indoor racket ball court, small gym and sauna and steam room . It's an older building so not like a brand new amenities building but I used the hot tub and steam room all the time. It had a few common rooms, one with a pool table and some games, and an outdoor tennis court . There is staff in the front most days during working hours. There's a little outdoor area off the common spaces you can sit at too if you want with a nice grassy area and garden . It's a pretty chill building, mix of old and young, not a party building and ppl are generally quiet which I really like because I was never disturbed by parties or people being rowdy. We had parties and played music with no issues though. Parking : Has an indoor parking garage with an assigned spot I'm currently renting out but I can include that in the rent. There's a large parking lot in the back if you have an extra car and for visitors which is super nice friends don't have to street parking if they're visiting. There's also a bike storage unit in the building. Location : Right by go governors park, walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, king soopers and Safeway. It's legit the best location in Denver for grocery stores Can also walk like 10-15 mins or so to chessman park.
