Lease Terms & Application Requirements: To secure a rental with Holton Mountain Rentals, all applicants must be rising 2nd-year students or above (some houses and duplexes require rising 3rd-year status or above). We do not offer roommate matching; units must be leased by established groups of 1 4 people on a joint or individual contract depending on the property. Our application is a strict two-step digital process: one group leader must submit the online Leasing Form for the desired unit, and every individual roommate must then immediately complete a separate Qualifying Application. Applications are processed on a strict first-come, first-served basis determined by the timestamp of when the entire group's completed paperwork is received. Application fees are non-refundable once a property from your form is offered. As a courtesy to current tenants, we do not provide in-person tours of occupied units; please utilize the pictures and floor plans on our website and drive by the property to evaluate the location.
