On a 1-acre property crowning "Grace Hill", a desirable, quiet residential neighborhood where neighbors can peacefully stroll or walk their dogs at all hours, "Grace Mansion" was built in 1891 as part of a vast family estate. Caltech is a 10-minute drive east; Art Center College of Design's South Raymond Avenue campus is just a block away, as well as a public EV Charging depot with 26 chargers (20 of them Tesla V3 Superchargers). A gourmet market, a Von's market, and "Old Town Pasadena", a popular retail, theater, and shopping district, are all less than 5-minutes away. The popular "Yoga House" studio is just a few historic steps (once part of the estate, now a public walkway) down to the bottom of Grace Hill.
