To be considered a qualified applicant for this rental property, you must meet specific requirements. Firstly, you must have a monthly income of at least $3975, verifiable through a legitimate source. In addition to the income requirement, a credit score of 600 or above is necessary to meet the qualification standards. Additionally, NO SMOKING ALLOWED, all potential residents must be non-smokers. Furthermore, you must have an excellent rental history. This means you have been responsible and timely with your rent payments in the past and have not been evicted from any previous rental properties. You must have NO prior criminal background, ensuring the safety and security of the community. Finally, all applicants over 18 must complete an application and screening. Meeting these qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this rental property. The owner pays for landscaping. The renter is responsible for gas, electricity, and water. Security deposit is due within 48 hours of approval. One year lease is offered upon approval Pets Policy: No more than TWO animals are allowed per home that permits pets on site. Acceptable pets include small dogs and cats. Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited.
