Lease Terms & House Rules * Lease term is month-to-month. * Tenant is responsible for all utilities. * No pets are permitted without prior written approval from the property owner. * One driveway parking space is provided. Under no circumstances may the garage be blocked. * The garage is private and is not accessible to tenants. * No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building. Smoking is allowed outside on the property, provided all cigarette butts and trash are properly disposed of. * Tenants are expected to keep the apartment clean and maintain a respectful, quiet living environment at all times. * There is no washer or dryer on the property. A laundromat is conveniently located just down the street. * Rent is due on the agreed-upon date each month. Failure to pay rent on time may result in late fees or termination of the tenancy in accordance with Rhode Island law. * Any damage beyond normal wear and tear is the responsibility of the tenant. The goal is to provide a clean, safe, and respectful living environment for everyone on the property.
