McMillen Ave is a lighted quiet street 1 block N. of King Ave which starts at High Street and goes west for a block from High St.. McMillen then dead ends, so there is very little traffic. This immediate area is occupied primarily by Dental & Medical students and folks who work downtown . Beside the house is off street parking under overhead lights. Newer windows and blown insulation in the walls, account for modest fuel bills. There are 2 A/C units which easily cool the apartment. Location is 3 blocks from OSU campus oval & The Gateway Project on High St & 1 block from the new Kroger grocery store. NO PETS. Any E mails must have a phone number & best time to call when you can talk.
