Terms at 8 Wilmer Ave #1

Standard Rent is $1400/mo. Upon agreement there would be deposits required for security and 1st months rent equal to the monthly rent for each. If you have a pet that would require a $750 pet deposit and it would be $50/mo for a single pet. If there is more than one pet that would be negotiable. Additional people beyond who is on the lease agreement would incur additional charges on a case by case basis and must be disclosed. If tenant signs a 2 year lease we will lock in the rental price for both years with guarantee of no raise in rent for 2nd year. Longer term lease agreements can be discussed as well. Owners can inspect the property with 24 hour notice for any reason. Smoking is not allowed inside the property and must be done outside. This contract is based on a month-to-month rental agreement. Tenant must give 45 days' notice if vacating the unit before lease agreement ends or a penalty will be incurred. Water is included. Other utilities are the responsibility of the tennant. Renters Insurance will be required by tenant. This is to protect everyone. Cost is typically ~$100/year.
