$2500 Monthly rent is based on a 6 or 12 month lease, starting in June 2026. If available, the Winter seasonal rate from October 15th through April 15 is $3800/month, unless you agree to a 12 month lease. Tenants are responsible for utilities, trash disposal and an end of term cleaning fee. Applicants are required to complete a free rental application for each potential occupant and authorize a credit, eviction and background check, at applicant's expense. I do not charge additionally for towels, linens or "service fees" like most local rental agencies. Some pets may be considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee. No smoking in the home, please.
