This apartment offers a comfortable living space with a king bed in the first bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. Linens and towels are provided for each bed and bathroom. This gem is within walking distance to all of Honest Abe Lincoln's historical sites, offering a prime location for exploring the city's attractions. No pets, smoking, or events are allowed. The Nest thermostats are locked to maintain a temperature range of 68-78 degrees in the Summer and 60-72 degrees in the Winter. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests indicated on your reservation; exceeding this will result in the loss of 100% of your security deposit. Please leave the suite as you found it, with dishes cleaned and trash taken out before departure. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Instructions for check-in will be sent one hour prior to check-in time. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will incur deodorizing fees starting at $500. Noise complaints will result in immediate police contact and the forfeiture of 100% of your security deposit. Moving furniture will incur a $100 fee per piece. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation. Includes GREAT Wi-Fi on the property.
