Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch, with an additional cleaning fee applied if evidence of smoking is found. Events such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings are not permitted. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests are required to update the number of guests accurately; exceeding the noted number may result in additional fees. A security camera is actively recording at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written.
