Enjoy the covered outdoor dining area and back porch with additional seating, as well as a small outdoor firepit.
This property is dog-friendly for one dog under 50 lbs, with some exceptions considered upon request. The dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations and fully potty trained. Puppies under 1 year are not permitted. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be applied, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. Free parking is included with your stay. Bikes can be rented from a local vendor, and rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are available.

This home is ideally situated in the heart of the Fullerwood neighborhood, just a 5-minute drive from the city center's abundant restaurants, bars, and boutique shopping. Vilano Beach, a popular local beach, is also only a few minutes away.
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not permitted, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gatherings. Guests visiting must be approved by hosts prior to arrival. An active security camera is located at the front of the home, facing the driveway up to the front porch. Tampering with or removing the camera may result in reservation cancellation. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original position. For pets, an additional charge will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile). Late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour. Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow all house rules.
