Odysea offers excellent parking with two private, secured garages, providing shady protected parking. Parking is available for up to four cars, with two cars in secured private garages and two cars in front of the unit's garage doors. For family friendly homes, a luxury pack-n-play or other children's furnishings are available for an additional charge, as availability permits.
This condo provides excellent proximity to Hampton Beach and the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. The Boardwalk is a mere 2-minute walk, and 2 minutes more to the expansive sands of Hampton Beach. High-speed Wi-Fi is suitable for work as well as play.
Smoking is strictly prohibited, and guests will be fined and immediately evicted for smoking or vaping in the home or on the property. No parties, events, performing artists, or bands are allowed at any time, and these are cause for eviction with no refund. The minimum age for guests booking is 25. This is a strictly no pets property.
