Carriage house/frog behind main house. Separate entrance. House is totally separated from main house with its own entrance.… WiFi, water and power included. Property is not idea for roommates. Based on the number of requests I'm getting, I'm only showing the property to tenets who are moving in solo. The 2nd bedroom is great for guests, not a permanent tenet. When you contact me. Please let me know what brings you to Charleston and how many permanent people plan to live in the house. Animals are allowed, w a non refundable pet deposit. If a couple rents the place, only 1 car is allowed. The house is fully furnished. If you would like to move some of the furniture and bring your own. We can figure that out.
