We are offering a front bedroom on the upper level with direct access to a connected bathroom with a nice walk-in shower.… The bedroom has a walk-in closet and a vaulted ceiling. The property is located three blocks from the beautiful Elver Park, and two blocks from a bus stop. There is a nice living room, connected to the dining room and kitchen, and a nice open floor plan. These are the shared areas of the house. There is also an elevated patio with a gas grill that you are welcome to use. There are three bedrooms altogether, so you will be sharing the common areas with two other gentlemen. My wife and I, the owners, occupy the basement, and we have two beautiful kittens that have the run of the house. This is strictly a non-smoking environment.
