The property is located three blocks from the beautiful Elver Park, and two blocks from a bus stop. There is a nice living room, connected to the dining room and kitchen, and a nice open floor plan. These are the shared areas of the house. There is also an elevated patio with a gas grill that you are welcome to use. There are three bedrooms altogether, so you will be sharing the common areas with two other gentlemen.
