The custom kitchen has a professional Thor range, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. The bedrooms both have mini-split AC units which keep them cool or warm, as does the main open plan living area. The large wood-burning fire is very cozy in winter time.
To the back of the house there is a one-car garage space available for tenants, which also contains a laundry machine, and hook up for a dryer. The house is connected to fast internet and on-grid power and water.
