Rental Term: Initial lease term is 6 months, with the option to renew upon mutual agreement. A month-to-month arrangement may be considered after the initial term. Smoking Policy: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the unit and in all shared areas, including the patio and backyard. Insurance Requirement: Renters are strongly encouraged to carry renters insurance for personal belongings and pet-related incidents.
