Lease terms

Lease terms are based on 1 year from start date at a rate of $3250.00 per month. Renter(s) is responsible for utilities including: gas, electric, water, Internet, cable, and trash removal. No smoking or vaping of any substance inside Rental. 1-2 Dogs allowed with approval. Maximum of 2 Tenants per lease. Parking is on-street only. Renter is responsible for moving trash to street for scheduled pick-up and to maintain house in manner received (normal wear and tear is considered when lease is ending). Tenet is responsible for yard maintenance unless negotiated with Landlord. Screening and approval is based all multiple factors including: consumer/credit report, background check (criminal, civil, rental), reference check, and employment verification. Fee may apply with use of screening tool. Renter(s) must verify renters insurance and pet liability insurance prior to move in. Prior to moving in renter must have a fully signed contract/lease and deposited the first months rent ($3250.00) and security deposit ($3250.00). After signing of lease, the lessee has 30 days to give notice when cancelling signed lease to avoid loss of full deposit. If lease is signed less than 30 days from move in, the lessee has 5 business days to cancel signed lease to avoid loss of deposit.
