This includes, but is not limited to: Painting or modifying any brick walls (interior or exterior) Painting walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets, or doors Painting, removing, replacing, or permanently altering fixtures, accessories, shelving, hardware, or other decorative elements Installing permanent fixtures or making structural modifications Any approved alterations must be restored to their original condition at the Tenant's expense unless otherwise agreed in writing. General Compliance Tenant(s) agree to maintain the property in a clean and safe condition and comply with all terms of the lease agreement.
