Calling all traveling healthcare professionals!! I have a garden level basement apartment with a separate entrance and designated parking space off the road available for rent. This is a fully furnished dwelling meant for a short term, traveling healthcare professional. There is a kitchen with all you will need for almost any meal. A large toaster oven is provided to supplement for not having a full oven, but otherwise it is a full kitchen. The space does have 2 bedrooms but it can be rented as a one bedroom or a two bedroom depending on your needs. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY PETS OR SMOKING. Even if you smoke away from the property we would ask that you dont bother contacting us, as we all know the smell of any smoke lingers on clothing. We live upstairs with kids and when this place is not rented, we use it for play time or a workout area and do not want any smell of tobacco, vape or cannabis smoke. This rental is newly renovated and no one has lived in it to this point. We do have a stacked washer dryer in the utility room for you to use, as well as a laundry cart organizer. We use to be traveling healthcare professionals and have set this place up the way we would have wanted to live in. All dishes, utensils, cooking instruments, bedding/linens are provided; again it is fully furnished and ready to be lived in. There is a smart lock on the exterior door for you to enter/exit, so having a key is not needed if you dont want one. We also recently installed a whole home water filtration system with soft water system, as well as new, more insulated windows. Our community has workout facilities with weights, cardio, indoor/outdoor pool, indoor basketball, and exercise classes that we can set you up to use if you would like. This amenity as well as all utilities are included in the rent. The home is 10 minutes from St. Francis Hospital off Powers Blvd, 15 minutes from UCHealth Memorial North, and 25 minutes from UCHealth Memorial Central. We do feel like this is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for short term, fully furnished, very clean and organized place to stay. However as with any place there are always shortcomings. You will hear us upstairs, there is just no way around it. There will definitely be children running back and forth on a wood floor upstairs, you will hear water running, and you may hear muffled voices at times. The most noise one would hear would be from 5-8 pm, otherwise it would be mostly quiet on the weekdays. As in all basements, it is always cooler than the rest of the house. The tenant would share the thermostat with the owners upstairs. The owners possess the thermostat upstairs and would work with the tenant on proper temperatures. However, it is better to have someone who is not extremely cold natured. Another thing to note is that we expect our home to be left in the same condition it was found. This meaning that we want very respectful, clean, neat individual/s that understand how to take care of a living space properly. Our preference is to only have one tenant and preferably a female, as we are a family and feel more comfortable with this setup. The rent would be $1650 for one person/one bedroom. If one individual wanted to rent both bedrooms then the monthly would be $1800.

No smoking in or outside of unit. Also we do not want a smoker of any kind, as the smell will drag in on your clothes. All utilities including a gym membership included. This is a fully furnished unit and we expect all furnishings to be in unit upon departure. Lease would be month to month, so either party can end contract with a 2 week notice. We only want one tenant to rent this space. Do not bother contacting me if you have multiple people for the space. Absolutely no pets.
