Each suite comes with a bedframe, dresser, nightstand, and flat screen tv. The common spaces are intentionally designed for six people to foster a sense of community. The couches, TV, and other large furniture are all provided as is a washer and dryer! Did we mention that this is a BRAND NEW construction? You'd be the first group to live here! There will also be TWO all-electric HourCar vehicles on-site available for carsharing (search HourCar for more information on carsharing).
