All occupants age 18 and older are subject to credit, background, income, and rental history screening. Maximum occupancy: 6 occupants. Only individuals listed on the lease may occupy the property. Subleasing or assignment is prohibited without prior written approval. Utilities are included up to a monthly cap. Tenant is responsible for utility charges exceeding the monthly allowance. No smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or illegal drug use is permitted anywhere on the property. Pets are not allowed Tenant shall maintain the property in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly report any maintenance concerns. No alterations, painting, mounting televisions, or installation of fixtures without prior written consent from Landlord. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and excessive noise are prohibited. Driveway parking only. No RV, trailer, commercial vehicle, or oversized vehicle parking without prior approval. Tenant shall maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term. Property is professionally managed by Stillway Housing. This home is ideal for insurance-displaced families and corporate relocation stays.
