Home is remodeled with new paint, new vinyl floors, new throw rugs in rooms, dishes, flatware, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, Washer & dryer, new furnace & heat pump with air conditioning, new hot water heater. Rent is $800 per month per room includes, TMobile internet, water, garbage sewer. Share 1/4 power bill.
Owners use the primary bed room when in town. Seasonal horses in the summer/ fall. (Home has a cat went in town, no other pets - cat is afraid of other animals). Ideal for 3 students, or professional. If you have a horse we could discuss barn and pasture usage.
