I will only be considering possible tenants that fill out a Zillow Rent Application. This will allow me to verify proof of employment, credit history, and the necessary background checks along with prior landlord references. Tenant responsible for utilities, trash service, and mowing the lawn. No smoking or vaping on property or inside house. No pets. 1 year lease required. No growing marihuana plants or using illegal drugs including making meth or any other drug on premise. No sub leasing of this property.
