Lease terms

Lease duration is a minimum of one year. The lease term will begin on August 1st at the earliest. A start time after August 1st will have the first month's rent pro-rated, and that sum will be due, in addition to the usual first full month's rent and the security deposit, on the lease start date. The tenant pays for electricity, water, and internet/phone/alarm/cable (there is no gas connection, as the oven is electric). Renters insurance is required. There will be one parking spot assigned to the unit, though there is ample available visitor parking within the same off-street parking lot that services the unit. There are also no pets allowed. There is no smoking within the building, either. The property is managed by EQCO Real Estate, and the property is subject to the HOA bylaws of Potomac Crest Condominium, which will be included as part of the lease. HOA fees are included within the base rent and are not additional fees. Lastly, we are the current tenants and are helping the landlord and their property manager find new tenants for the property, as we are moving out on July 31st. We'll be doing the first round of screening and are happy to answer any inquiries. Inquiries sent to us that we cannot answer will be forwarded to the property manager.
