Fully furnished Rancho La Quinta Country Club Estate located on the 9th Tee. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The master has his and her closets with access to the backyard. The 4th bedroom is a detached "casita" which has its own fireplace, minifridge, microwave and bathroom. You will have access to restaurants, club house, gym and tennis courts. Pets allowed with a pet fee (dogs only). The utilities are included if renting during season (November through April). No cable, just streaming services on the TV's. Tenant will have access to the gym, on-site restaurants, club house, tennis and pickle ball. All included in rental cost. Contact owner for available dates. Pricing subject to change based on time of year rented and length of lease. Enjoy beautiful mountain and golf course views. Home has fencing all around the perimeter if you should have your fur-babies in tow. Close proximity to La Quinta Resort, Old Town and many of the grocery stores and food chain restaurants. Please see map for location to your favorite eateries. 30-day minimum rental but can establish a longer-term lease (6 month to 2 years). Nov through December Months is $15K a month. January through April is $18K a month. May is $11,600 a month. June and July $9K a month. August and September $8K a month. October $10K a month. Utilities are not covered during the May through October months. May through October months, the tenant is responsible for water, gas and electricity. The landlord covers garbage, and wifi pool and landscaping and no cable just streaming services on the TV's.
