Some of the furniture has been replaced recently. Very comfortable beds and apartment. Shared Laundry with washer and dryer onsite/basement. not coin op. This nice first floor 3 bedroom FURNISHED apartment is at the top of the East End and offers beautiful hardwood floors, large (eat in) kitchen with new appliances, 2 separate living rooms, great sun (more in winter when sun is low, we are on the "sunny side of the street"), private entrance, close to Eastern Prom. We're looking for 2-3 people who have an organized lifestyle and who would enjoy living in a quiet adult non-smoking building. Very convenient location, within 3-4 miles of University of New England, hospitals (Maine Medical Center), downtown Portland, shopping, and restaurants. 2 minute drive to Interstate 295 going north. Walk to the Eastern Prom in 2 minutes, and access walk/running paths, trails, and beach. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU WANT TO VIEW this place and meet landlord, please include the following information in your reply: * a brief bio- tell us about yourselves! - including at least the following: * why you are interested in a 5-9 month furnished rental * Number in household, and names and ages (who will be living there?) * What and where is employment for each person? * What schedule do you keep? * What types of activities do you like to do at home? * Affirm that you are nonsmokers and can enforce non smoking rules for your visitors. Very helpful if we can determine beforehand we could be a good fit. Thanks for your understanding. Looking for 2 or 3 people who can take care with the house and furniture. If you want to bring a small dog, this is on a case by case basis, there would be a pet deposit, need for references for the pet, and a meet and greet.
