Lease terms

Rent is $1,975 per month and due no later than the 3rd of each month. An initial late fee of $35 is due on the 4th of the month if rent is late and $10 each day thereafter until paid in full. 1yr lease. $300 non-refundable cleaning fee upon move-out. No smoking inside the home. Pet deposit - $300. Pet Fee $100. Park in garage and driveway only. No overnight street parking. HOA violations will be charged to renters. Trash cans to be stored in garage or backyard only. Grass must be cut and edged no less than twice monthly in both front and backyard at renter's expense to avoid HOA violations.
