The apartment is furnished, and if you prefer your own furnishings, we can remove ours. It is finished with original pocket doors from the main Victorian House. The design creates privacy from the main house. The deck sits in the treetops surrounded by pear, apple, and cherry trees. You can see a great view of Mt. Sopris from the kitchen, and seasonally from the deck. We do not live on site, but use the garage below the apartment for our own long-term storage, so it is very quiet. Your storage is under the stairs and in a gated area with an additional locking storage shed. Contact me to set up a tour.
