You are welcome to use the appliances that are there, they work, but you are responsible to obtain your own appliances if these no longer work, or bring your own. Ocala has lots of second hand appliance stores. NO smoking inside unit. No pets. Tenant is responsible for all minor maintenance. We are looking for long term tenant who will treat this as their own home. We will handle all major repairs like HVAC unit and hot water heater.
