The property features smart locks for an easy check-in process. Guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card details for verification. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book and stay at the property. Absolutely no pets are allowed, and any violation of the pet policy will result in immediate eviction with no refund and a penalty. Hosting any special event, wedding, party, reception, or gathering of people is strictly prohibited. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Failure to abide by this rule may be punishable by law. Any violation of house rules, disrespectful use of property, unreported damages, exceeding guest numbers, unauthorized gatherings, possession of illegal substances, excessive cleaning or trash, failure to return keys, soiling of linens, excessive utility consumption, unauthorized pool/spa heater use, unsanitary pool/spa use, violation of the no-smoking policy, or furniture relocation may result in additional charges to the credit card on file. Utilities, internet, and television are provided, but guests are expected to consume utilities conscientiously. Excessive consumption may result in extra charges.
