Downstairs Apartment: The walkout basement apartment is occupied by a kind, friendly, and respectful couple who have been with us for about a year. They are great communicators and value a peaceful living environment. Pets & Smoking: Pets are welcome. For the safety and comfort of all residents, dogs must be friendly with people and other animals and must be met and approved by the landlord prior to move-in. No smoking on the property.
