There is a fenced rear yard with golf course and mountain views great for outdoor BBQ's. The interior of this home is sure to please! The Living Room has 3 Clerestory Windows providing a natural light filled space. The home has builder upgrades that include stylish raised panel cabinetry and 6 panel doors, all of which are in a like-new condition. The owner's suite with king size bed. Ensuite bath features a luxurious garden soaking tub, walk-in shower and a 2-sink vanity. 2 bikes available if desired Easy free-way access (I-10 Interstate). 10 minutes to Costco, Fry's grocery, Safeway and Walmart. On site at Voyager Resort is a beauty shop/barber shop, Fat Willy's bar/restaurant, post office and small convenience store. PLEASE note at least one renter must be over the age of 55. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, cups, plates, wine glasses, cooking utensils, blender and much more. High Speed internet. Self Check in / No-contact check in services. Rigorous cleaning standards applied between each renter. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Easy free-way access (I-10 Interstate). 10 minutes to Costco, Fry's grocery, Safeway and Walmart. Gas grill. Sun Room has propane fireplace. Mary is a very talented interior designer and it shows in all the little details in her rental. She thinks of everything a professional would need in a fully furnished place like hi quality sleep number bed with top of the line pillows and bedding. All the furniture is new stylish and comfortable with a very nice 4KUHD tvs with cable and Netflix. And lets not forget the all-important BBQ grill. All of this is located in a wonderful tight knit community that comes with pools, weight rooms, tennis courts and a fabulous bar & grill with nightly drink and meal specials. I stayed for 4 months and never had any issues. When I had questions, Mary was always quick to respond.
