Step into your private outdoor oasis with a screened pool and spa, sun loungers, and a child safety fence.
Guests have access to Solterra Resort amenities, including a resort-style clubhouse, beach-entry pool with waterslide, lazy river, poolside bar, on-site restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball and sports courts, volleyball, and a kids' playground. A one-time resort fee is payable locally at the clubhouse for guests wishing to use resort amenities, with fees of $35 for 112 guests and $45 for 13+ guests, payable by credit or debit card only. Pool heating can be added for $40 per day, required for the entire stay and invoiced separately. Up to 2 dogs are accommodated for a $175 pet fee.

Pool maintenance is performed weekly. Pool heating is required for the entire stay and will be invoiced separately. Guests are advised to avoid using the pool during cold or rainy weather. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. Travel insurance is highly recommended, especially during Hurricane Season (June 1st to November 30th). Guests are asked to treat the space with care as they would their own home. Seamless entry is provided with a smart door lock and a unique code sent before arrival.
