      Terms at 78225 Cabrillo Ln #106

      Owner pays the water bill. There is no natural gas, so the tenant pays for electricity and internet and your streaming services of choice. Smoking is not permitted. You would be entitled to two uncovered, unreserved parking spots. Length of tenancy may vary on a case by case basis, but the rental rate stated is for a 12 month lease, followed by month to month. Every adult who lives in the rental including both members of a married or unmarried couple will be named as tenants and sign the lease or rental agreement. Each tenant is legally responsible for paying the full amount of rent and following all other terms of the lease or rental agreement. Only the tenants and their minor children are allowed to reside in the rental, and guests may stay no longer than 3 days. The security deposit is to cover unpaid rent or repair damage the tenant causes, and won't be accepted in lieu of last month's rent. It is the tenants' responsibility to maintain clean and sanitize the premises and to pay for any damage they cause (excluding normal wear and tear).
