-Flexible Mid-Term Lease: We welcome guests looking for a stay of 2 months or longer. For your convenience, all utilities (electricity, water, Garbage, Propane), yard maintenance, and high-speed Wi-Fi are fully included in the monthly rent, just bring your bags! -No Indoor Smoking Policy: This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, or burning any substance (including tobacco, cannabis, or e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside all indoor living spaces. Violating this rule is grounds for lease termination and forfeiture of security deposit. -Tenant Screening Disclosure: Prior to application, note that all prospective tenants undergo screening processed through TransUnion, which accesses consumer credit, criminal records, civil judgments, and rental history. Application denial or conditional approval may result from credit scores below 675, income under 2x rent, prior evictions, unpaid housing debt, or adverse criminal/rental records. If denied or subject to adverse action, you have the right to receive a free copy of the consumer report from TransUnion and to dispute inaccurate information.
