This is a wonderful ground floor apartment in an adult-only property.… It's a very peaceful neighborhood, no teenagers, no graffiti, no litter, no problems! It's an end unit so you only have a neighbor on one side, no stairs and nobody lives above or below you, so you don't hear footsteps. This unit has an air conditioner in the window so you can stay nice and cool in the summer. You will have two reserved parking spaces right in front and laundry on site. The only utilities you'll have to pay is the electric, because the landlord pays water, sewer, trash, recycling, heat and hot water. It's just a few blocks from downtown Wheat Ridge so it's a short walk to grocery stores, the post office, banks and restaurants. This is a great deal especially considering you won't pay for heat in the winter.
