The game room offers foosball and air hockey for friendly matches. Essential comforts include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washer and dryer. A large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances is supported by cooking basics and plenty of room to prepare and enjoy food. Indoor dining areas are complemented by spacious spots outside, allowing you to choose how you gather each day.
Enjoy your own private pool and hot tub with optional heat, which must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incurs a fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. Pets are allowed with written notification and approval from the host, specifying breed and weight, and a pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Propane for the propane grills is usually provided by the guests. Free parking on the premises is available. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray, as humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence in Florida. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Events are not allowed. This is a self-catering home. Guests must respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check. Unit design & style may vary: unit floor level and floor plan may also vary. Customer Support Available 24/7. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
