The master bedroom has a split king tempurpedic adjustable bed with an independent bed chiller/warmer on each half of the bed. Master walk-in closet with his/hers drawers in the center island. The washer/dryer are conveniently located in the master bedroom walk-in closet. Master bath has his/her sinks. Master toilet has a bidet toilet seat and a 4 x 4 walk-in shower with both a hand held adjustable shower head as well as a Kohler "Real Rain" in-ceiling feature. The guest bed is a queen sleep number with a tempurpedic foam topper. The third bedroom is a workout room/office. Located therein is a Tonal System, PowerPlate 7 Pro, wall mounted resistance bands, and a host of other workout products. Additionally, there is a desk with a Herman Miller desk chair. We provide a Frontgate inflatable bed that expands into a queen bed on legs. It is located in the garage and can be set up in under 10 mins. The owner's parents who are in the 70s sleep on it annually and find it to be very comfortable. The house is supplied water through a whole house Reverse Osmosis machine and supplies water to all fixtures and faucets. There are two ice machines on property. One in the kitchen that makes gourmet ice cubes and an outdoor ice machine which supplies ice for coolers and boating. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget you could ever need. Including PolyScience Sous Vide, a bread machine, a pasta maker, steam oven, All-Clad copper core D5 pots and pans, and a host of other items for the home cook. Our furniture is all from Restoration Hardware including a Sectional Cloud Couch in the living room. The living room has a 65" 8k Samsung TV with Streaming service. The back patio boasts 2 RH couches, 2 RH chairs, and 2 Adirondack chairs as well as a 55" TV with Streaming Services. There are 2 Big Green Eggs available for use by guests. We also provide 2 touring paddle boards, 2 trek beach cruisers, and a host of board games. The entire home/back patio is serviced by a voice activated Sonos system with surround sound in the living room. Maid Service is provided every two weeks and the Pet Butler comes twice a week to clean up after the dog. The backyard is well landscaped with lush tropical foliage and the "grass" is synthetic dog park grass. All countertop edges are rounded to help people with mobility issues avoid bruising or being hurt by running into them. The master bathroom shower is a walk-in with no step up and can accommodate a walker or wheelchair. In that we live in this house 7-8 months out of the year and it is our "forever home" there really isn't a detail that has been overlooked.
