It is 20 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes to mueller and east 6th. 10 mins to the nearest heb. washer/dryer is included and you would be sharing a bathroom. . Room details: Two rooms + shared bathroom + game room Rent is $910 + utilities per room Or $1600 for one tenant taking both rooms (smaller room can also be an office space) Well behaved pets are allowed. $250 pet deposit plus $35 a month pet rent. 6 month or 1 year preferred but flexible on lease length Security deposit, background check, signed lease, and first month rent is required.
