Historic two store home with an upstairs unit. High ceilings, hardwood floors in bedrooms, living and dining room. Tiled floors in baths and kitchen. Near universities, schools, restaurants (Oak, Maple and Carrollton) and street car. Use of pool and BBQ area in the back. This is a quite neighborhood and area to live in. Pest Control last Wednesday of the month. Being in NOLA you all know about the types of pest we have and we try our best to keep them away. No leaving trash around the pool area or on porches that will invite these pest to visit or stay. No Smoking in the apartment of any kind, including vaping. If on porches, around the pool or in lawn you are responsible for cleanup. Pool/Back Yard use available until 10pm week nights, midnight on Friday/Saturday. Clean up around after using pool is expected and a courtesy to us all. Children are not allowed by or in the pool without supervision. There are families and working professionals in the area and we must respect our neighbors so no loud music after hours and move any outside "parties" around the pool indoors after this time. We just ask that you be respectful of us and we will be of you. We need to give the current tenants a days notice if you wish to see the apartment. The apartment will be vacant by the end of June. Showing times are between 12pm - 6pm daily.
